Het Witte Paard B.V. (hereinafter: Het Witte Paard) attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. We therefore process and secure personal data with care. Processing personal data under this privacy statement
Het Witte Paard may process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. We process this personal data to provide our services and to inform you about changes to our services and products. The data is stored on secure servers operated by Het Witte Paard or by a third party. We do not combine this personal data with other personal information in our possession.
If you request information or a quotation through the contact form, we ask for your name, email address and, where necessary, additional details. We use your data solely to handle your request. If you send us a request, email or other message, we may retain that correspondence.
You have the right at any time to request the personal data we hold about you and, if desired, to have it corrected or deleted. Send a specific request to info@hetwittepaard.nl. To verify that the access request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document. On this copy, black out your photograph, MRZ (machine-readable zone), document number and Dutch citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy. Het Witte Paard will respond as quickly as possible and in any event within four weeks.
We also collect information about the use of our website, such as visitor numbers, countries of origin and the pages viewed most often. For this purpose, we register your IP address and domain name. To adapt the website’s facilities and functions to the user’s equipment, we also record the browser type used to visit our website. The information obtained belongs to Het Witte Paard and is used to improve our services and, where applicable, our marketing. Information obtained through this website is never rented or sold to third parties.
